In 2024 the Conference included12 events dedicated to industry issues. Scientists, graduate students, and students had an opportunity to exchange information and research results in the field of instrumentation, aerospace instrumentation, operational technologies, and transport process technologies; to present new solutions in the field of information technology for the aerospace industry.
Each of the five sections of the Conference were devoted to current research in the field of aerospace measurement and computing systems, intelligent transport systems, system analysis and logistics, operation and management of aerospace systems, as well as aerospace computer and software systems. A specialized section dedicated to aerospace history was introduced for the first time this year. The issues of the history of aviation and cosmonautics, the evolution of scientific research, the history of the development of models and techniques in aviation and cosmonautics were discussed here. The section was created on the basis of the joint work of SUAI and the Aviation and Cosmonautics History Section of the St. Petersburg Branch of the Russian National Committee for the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS).
During the plenary session, scientists, representatives of the teaching staff of universities, heads and engineers of specialized companies presented their reports.
