On November 15, Moscow hosted the International Business Forum on Space Integration, which is held annually with the participation and support of the Eurasian Economic Commission
The purpose of the Forum is to help expand trade and economic contacts, enter new markets and search for new partners. The issues of digitalization of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, integration of knowledge, training systems in Eurasia were discussed at the event. An important topic of the discussions was the use of ground-based space infrastructure for remote sensing of the earth, satellite groupings and digital technologies in the interests of socio-economic development of the EAEU countries.
Denis Kravchenko, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Volvach, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Sergey Glazyev, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Academician-Secretary of the Department of Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science of the National Academy of Sciences, Member of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Alexander Shumilin, as well as representatives of ICI RAS, GC "Roscosmos", took part in the large plenary session on Space Science: Industrial and Technological Potential of International Cooperation.
Valentin Olenev, Director of Aerospace Research and Development Centre of SUAI, made a report at the plenary session devoted to the prospects and concepts of the development of onboard space networks and their impact on other aspects of the functioning of all space groups of the Russian Federation.
