Ten students of the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation received grants from the President of the Russian Federation
In total, 6,500 the President of the Russian Federation grants have been established for students who have shown outstanding abilities and demonstrated high achievements in a certain field of activity.
– In the last years of my bachelor's degree, I began to take an active part in the scientific life of my favorite Department of Management in Technical Systems, I also participated in the Master's Olympiad. More or less at that same time I read about the grant. According to all the criteria, I could participate and decided that it was worth trying to apply. I was quite surprised and very glad to see myself on the lists. Now I continue my scientific activity as a graduate student. Such a grant is a good help for students, and I strongly recommend trying to apply for a grant to anyone interested. You never know where you might get lucky," said Mikhail Antonov, a student of SUAI.
The President of the Russian Federation grants are provided in the amount of 20,000 rubles each month during the period of study on bachelor's, specialist and master's degree programs, subject to annual confirmation of the right to receive the grant.
– I learned about the possibility of getting a grant while studying in the last year of my bachelor's degree. This prompted me to engage in scientific activity and I wrote several articles. I graduated with an excellence diploma! All summer I remembered about applying, but there was not much time: after the release of the order for admission to the master degree program, there was only a week left. But I ended up entering the list of recipients from our university. I am very glad about this," said Daria Kudryaeva.
10 SUAI students received the President of the Russian Federation grants: Nikolai Bely, Yuri Gukov, Alexander Dykan, Ilya Mikryukov, Valeria Tkacheva, Alexey Ostashov, Maria Belova, Anna Ampleeva, Mikhail Antonov, Daria Kudryaeva.
– Receiving a grant from the President of the Russian Federation is undoubtedly a significant achievement that recognizes the contribution of my personality to science and education. I received a grant for achievements in the field of technology development (I registered some computer programs). The emotions from such an award are certainly very positive: this is not only recognition at the state level, but also a powerful incentive to continue your work and strive for new achievements. If I may say so, the news of receiving the grant caused pride in my work and inspiration for further projects. Receiving the award also underlines the importance and significance of the contribution to the development of the country, which makes this moment especially memorable," said Alexey Ostashov.
