On February 8, a unique laboratory was opened at St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation within the framework of the Priority 2030 program.
Students will be able to get practical training in the field of design and testing of micromechanical devices that solve navigation problems of aerospace and control systems for mobile objects in this Laboratory.
The Aerospace Micromechanics Laboratory has the equipment necessary to study the principles of construction, design and manufacture of micromechanical gyroscopes and accelerometers, which are used to measure movements. Students can familiarize themselves with sensor testing techniques, their application areas and development prospects. Working in the SUAI Laboratory of Aerospace Micromechanics will help students prepare their final qualifying papers, participate in design activities and engineering and technical competitions.
