The International Conference on Applied Artificial Intelligence: Prospects and Risks was held in SUAI for the first time. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Committee for Science and Higher Education of St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, UNESCO Department of SUAI on Remote Engineering Education, Elkus Electronic Company and the scientific journal on Information Management Systems stood as the initiators of the Conference.
Along with Russian scientists, the event welcomed the leading scientists and specialists from Belarus, Uzbekistan, China, and Indonesia.
The plenary reports highlighted artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process, the development of cooperation between SUAI scientific schools and manufacturing enterprises using artificial intelligence technologies in their activities. The speakers touched upon both the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence and specific cases of its application in business and education.
The topics of the sections of the Conference were devoted to artificial intelligence technologies in aerospace instrumentation and engineering, the development of intelligent interfaces, artificial intelligence in education, applied intellectual and information systems, and artificial intelligence in information security.
