The parties discussed areas of cooperation in the field of education, as well as steps to implement a joint project — a Russian-Chinese college.
On August 22, St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation hosted a meeting with representatives of the largest Chinese corporation China POCY Group, specializing in the integration of manufacturing and education. The company is a strategic partner of UNESCO, a global partner of the Chinese Association for International Educational Exchange.
The cooperation began in the fall of 2024, when, together with the staff of the Caofeidian College of Technology, representatives of the corporation visited the university and it’s key laboratories. The mutual intention to establish cooperation in the field of information technology and artificial intelligence became the basis of a future joint project with Caofeidian College of Technology.
— Among the events within our cooperation, the development of joint educational programs, the training of Chinese students in SUAI in specialties that are open to foreign citizens, student exchange, and professional development of specialists from China can be considered, — said Yulia Antokhina, Rector of SUAI.
