9 октября SUAI developments were presented to the Director General of the Roscosmos State Corporation

On October 9, Dmitry Bakanov, Director General of the Roscosmos State Corporation, visited St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation.

During his visit to the university, Dmitry Vladimirovich visited the Center for Aerospace Research and Development, as well as the Laboratory of Industrial Robotics.

The Center for Aerospace Research and Development is a scientific research unit of SUAI which performs advanced developments in the field of on—board communication systems of spacecraft and aircraft, and is also a scientific and technical base for the training of masters and PhD students of the Department of Aerospace Computer and Software Systems of the University.

At the Center, the Director General of the Roscosmos State Corporation was presented with the key works of SUAI in the field of aerospace technologies. Among them are the development of advanced communication protocols, CAD design of fault—tolerant on-board networks and software, domestic ECB, and modern communication equipment for on-board systems.

A unique scientific installation (UNU ASSIST) was presented, designed for research, certification and testing of equipment operating in accordance with the SpaceWire-RUS standard, as well as a demonstrator of the promising SpaceFibre testing stand, prototypes of the developed CAN-Ethernet and UART-SpaceWire intertechnological bridges for seamless sky systems.

A complex of semi-natural modeling of the trajectory motion of small spacecraft as part of an orbital constellation was also presented.
