From November 20 to 22, the Days of Philosophy in St. Petersburg — 2025 International Scientific and Cultural Forum took place in our city. The XIII International Scientific and Practical Conference on Philosophy and Culture of the Information Society was held at SUAI as part of the Forum
The conference was opened on November 21 in St. George’s Hall at 15 Gastello St. After the plenary session, which brought together all participants, the work continued in 11 sections. On the final day, a round table was held on topical issues of the modern digital society. More than 100 applications were submitted to the conference.
— The information and digital society is the current state of the modern world, in which the Russian civilization strives to occupy a leading position. The study of various aspects of the information society is actually an important humanitarian addition to those areas in the field of engineering and technology that have been chosen as the main content of the university’s activities. Understanding the mechanisms and directions of the development of social processes also serves as a guideline for the effective promotion of developments in technical fields,» said Julia Antokhina, Rector of SUAI, in her welcoming speech.
