2 апреля SUAI at the UNESCO Associated Schools Network (ASPnet) Global Conference

The event runs from March 31 to April 2 in the Valley of Innovative Research.

The national coordinators of the ASPnet, representatives of the National Commissions for UNESCO and experts from all over the world participate in the event-packed Conference program focused on achieving the goals of sustainable development.

The Russian delegation is represented by Senior Adviser to the Russian Federation Commission for UNESCO Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation K. A. Gaverdovskaya, Rector of SUAI Yu. A. Antokhina, Vice-rector for Educational Technologies and Innovation S. V. Soleny, Director of the Center for Aerospace Research and Development V. L. Olenev and Deputy Head of the SUAI UNESCO Chair O. V. Novikova.

The best practices of the Russian ASP Network of 387 schools were presented in a poster session prepared by the National Coordinator N. M. Pruss.

Yulia A. Antokhina answered questions from journalists of China Daily, a Chinese daily socio—political newspaper, about the importance of international cooperation in solving the modern education problems.

Oksana V. Novikova made a proposal to actively involve ASP teachers in the use of the Electronic Library of the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education for Teachers, which SUAI actively participated in.

The conference continues its work, with two more days of active interaction in groups and sections ahead.
