Students from the Institute of Aerospace Instruments and Systems will solve real-world problems in the aviation and space industries.
On September 24, SUAI hosted a presentation of the Aerospace Knowledge Factory project activities for the 2026-2027 academic year. This format is being implemented as part of the university’s strategic project «Aerospace R& D Centre» and engages young researchers in solving pressing problems in aviation and space.
Projects can be both scientific and engineering—this is important for both young scientists pursuing master’s and doctoral studies, and for future engineers ready to implement their ideas in industrial settings. Project work provides an opportunity to gain insight into the work of leading industry companies, which subsequently opens employment prospects for the most motivated students. All projects are supervised by experts from departments, laboratories, and industrial partners, and their results can form the basis for future final theses or participation in acceleration programs.
